The completion of the bachelors’ degree course in microbiology opens up multiple avenues for further studies. The undergraduate students are also eligible for masters in microbiology.

Objective

To acquaint the students about the microbiology & ride of microorganisms in different biotechnological applications, various techniques for their cultivation & control. Course also aims to aware about the requirements for large scale cultivation of microbes for production of industrially important products with the concept of scale up process.

Selection Procedure :

The admission to the B.Sc.(H) Microbiology programme will be on the basis of the merit determined by the aggregate marks at 10+2 level.
